SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 10 min
INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
2⅔ cups strawberry yoghurt
2 tbsp milk
½ cup granola
¼ cup desiccated coconut
6 strawberries, sliced
METHOD
1. Peel and chop two of the bananas. Freeze them for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
2. Add them along with the yoghurt and milk to a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Slice the third banana and set aside.
4. Divide between bowls and top with granola, coconut, strawberries and sliced banana.
