Healthy, delicious, quick and easy! This stovetop granola ticks all the boxes when it comes to a wholesome breakfast for everyone.
SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 15 min
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp olive oil
2 cups oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup flaked almonds
4 pears, chopped
METHOD
1. Heat the honey, vanilla essence and olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat.
2. Add the oats, desiccated coconut and almonds. Fry for 2 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
3. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
4. Serve the granola topped with chopped pears and fresh milk.
