INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
8 frozen waffles, defrosted
METHOD
1. Whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Melt the butter in a hot pan over medium heat.
3. Dip each waffle in the egg mixture, then place in the pan. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Serve with syrup and berries.
