Peanut butter chocolate bars

In the mood to bake but are short on time? This recipe comes together in minutes, less than minutes! All you need in a food processor, a fridge and microwave.


100g Tennis biscuits
60g butter, melted
Pinch of salt
¼ cup caster sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
50g dark chocolate, to serve

1. Blitz the biscuits in a large food processor until fine and crumbly. Add the butter, salt, caster sugar and peanut butter, and pulse until smooth.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and firmly flatten the mixture inside. Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge and slice.
3. In the microwave or over a double boiler, melt the chocolate, then drizzle over the bars and serve.
