INGREDIENTS
1.8 kg chicken
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, mustard and salt.
3. Place the chicken on an oiled baking tray and bake for 1 hour, until chicken skin is crisp.
