What better way to start your day than with a beautiful berry granola tart? This quick recipe is easy to whip up for a lovely brunch treat!
SERVES 8 // COOKING TIME 35 min
INGREDIENTS
For the base
3 cups oats
½ cup honey
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup sesame seeds
60 g butter, at room temperature
For the filling
1.25 kg double-cream yoghurt
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup halved strawberries
METHOD
For the base
1. Preheat oven to 160°C and grease a springform tin.
2. Combine all the ingredients. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the tin.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then remove from the tin.
For the filling
1. Fill the tart base with yoghurt and top with berries.
