These brocamole quesadillas make a quick and easy snack, and you can even swap out the quesadillas for rice cakes or crackers!
SERVES 2 // COOKING TIME 20 min
INGREDIENTS
180 g broccoli, finely chopped
1 cup cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
1 avocado, mashed
4 wraps, toasted
Olive oil, to drizzle
Chilli flakes, to taste
METHOD
1. Mix broccoli, cream cheese, lemon juice and avocado.
2. Spread on wraps. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chilli.
3. Sandwich wraps together and cut into wedges.
