SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 10 min
INGREDIENTS
200 g sugar
20 g cocoa
Pinch salt
125 ml water
60 g butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD
1. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a pot. Add enough water to make mixture stirrable. Add butter.
2. Bring the mixture to the boil, while stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
