You might have tidied up your diet, but the festive season is still in full swing. Make sure you’re not missing out on all the fun with these delicious – but healthy! – cocktails.
Cranberry and rosemary refresher
MAKES 2
INGREDIENTS
1 sprig rosemary, plus extra to garnish
1 cup boiling water
1 cup apple juice
½ cup cranberry juice
1 cup crushed ice
METHOD
1. Add the rosemary to the boiling water. Leave to steep until cooled. Then remove the rosemary and chill the water.
2. Mix the rosemary water, apple juice and cranberry juice, and pour over the ice.
3. Add a rosemary sprig to each glass to serve.
Mojito smoothie
MAKES 2
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped pineapple
1½ cups coconut water
1 cup ice
¼ cup mint
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp grated ginger
Shredded coconut, to garnish
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add more ice if needed.
2. Sprinkle with the shredded coconut to serve.
Ginger and kombucha cocktail
MAKES 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup crushed ice
2 cm ginger, sliced
½ lemon, sliced
2 sprigs mint, plus to garnish
3 cups kombucha
METHOD
1. Divide the crushed ice, ginger slices, lemon and mint between each glass, then pour over the kombucha. Stir to mix.
2. Chill and serve with mint.
