Who knew you could make such a delicious snack with a cheap=as-chips tin of tuna? We’ve got tuna croque monsieurs on the table for supper tonight!
SERVES 2 // COOKING TIME 15 min
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp flour
½ cup grated Cheddar
170g tin tuna
4 slices ciabatta
METHOD
1. Preheat oven grill.
2. In a pot, whisk together the milk and flour to make a roux.
3. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Spoon the tuna on to the ciabatta and pour over the cheese sauce.
5. Grill until golden.
