Don’t be daunted by the title of this recipe. We can assure you it’s super easy to make with only 20 minutes of hands-on time required from you. And we just thought we’d mention that we absolutely love a leg of lamb with beautiful traditional homely flavours, such as rosemary and nuts.
It doesn’t get cosier (or tastier) than this! This cheap and cheerful curried lamb and lentil soup requires minimal ingredients, minimal time and minimal effort. All resulting in maximum flavour.
We love Cape Malay flavours and we bring them to life in these lovely lamb and apricot sosaties. We have all the classic flavours of coriander, turmeric and cinnamon. And if you can’t get hold of Turkish apricots, simply buy some normal dried apricots and peaches and soak them in warm water for 20 minutes to get that plumped effect.
