It had been a long week and the MK team couldn’t wait to sit by the pool at Stella Café & Bar to enjoy some much-deserved afterwork drinks. Not just any drinks, though, bottomless bubbles. Yes, you read that right: bottomless bubbles.
Sundowners in the beautiful Parisian-style decor of Cape Town’s The Cullinan is one sublime way to end the week. Every Friday, from 5–7 pm, Stella Café & Bar will be popping bottles and topping up your flute.
‘Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors and #StellaSessions offers people a chance to socialise after work or before dinner in a charming setting,’ says Garry Reed, General Manager at Southern Sun The Cullinan.
Stella will be partnering up with a host of local wineries to offer the best selection of Methode Cap Classique to keep guests entertained all summer long. Their tapas menu is also a must: their Bo-Kaap bobotie spring rolls, cured barbecue salmon and Malay-braised sausages are a few of our favourites.
Oh, and you didn’t hear this from us: Try to sneak into the kitchen to catch a glimpse of award-winning chef and captain of this year’s Culinary Olympic team, Executive Chef Henrico Grobbelaar…
