Our guide on how to make pea and coriander spread
MAKES 250 ml // HANDS-ON 5 min
INGREDIENTS
400 ml frozen peas, defrosted
60g Parmesan, grated
60 ml olive oil
30g raw almonds
Handful coriander
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 chilli, seeded and chopped
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper
METHOD
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
