Mini tuna sliders 

You’d be surprised at the amazing things you can create with a tin of tuna. These mini tuna sliders are one of our favourite work lunch options.

SERVES 2 // COOKING TIME 15 min

INGREDIENTS
170 g tin tuna
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
6 mini hamburger rolls
3 tbsp spicy mayonnaise

METHOD
1. Mix the tuna with the breadcrumbs and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 6 small patties.
2. Heat oil and fry until golden.
3. Top each roll with a patty and add a dollop of spicy mayo.
