Home-made coconut milk

MAKES 1L // COOKING TIME 5 min

INGREDIENTS
3 large coconuts, meat cut into large chunks
3 cups coconut water

METHOD
1. Put the coconut flesh through the juicer to make milk.
2. Mix the coconut milk with the water. Store in an airtight container.
