Grapefruit and rosemary ombré spritz 

Zesty, herbal, and totally stunning – this grapefruit and rosemary ombré spritz is sunshine in a glass.

Grapefruit and rosemary ombré spritz  

Add a tot of gin, if you like.

Makes 4 – 6 

Ingredients

2 cups grapefruit juice 
2 cups orange juice 
3 cups sparkling water 
4-6 tsp grenadine syrup 
Rosemary sprigs, to serve 

Method

  1. Freeze grapefruit and orange juice separately in ice-cube trays overnight.
  2. Place a few frozen orange juice cubes each into 4-6 serving glasses.
  3. Add the same amount of grapefruit cubes.
  4. Top with sparkling water. Submerge a tablespoon halfway into each glass, curved-side up, and slowly pour 1 tsp grenadine syrup (each) over the back of the spoon to create the ombré effect.
  5. Remove tablespoon carefully, garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve
