INGREDIENTS
400 g tin chopped tomatoes
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp taco seasoning
100 g penne
METHOD
1. Simmer tomatoes, chicken, sour cream and taco seasoning in a pot until heated through.
2. Cook the pasta, mix it with the sauce and serve.
