INGREDIENTS
200g streaky bacon
250g ricotta
Salt and cracked black pepper
Method
1. Preheat oven to grill and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Grill the bacon on a rack on a baking tray for 10 minutes on each side, until very crispy.
3. Mix together the ricotta, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the lined baking tray. Grill for 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
4. Break the bacon crisps in half, crumble the grilled ricotta and serve together.
