Decorate these bites with edible gold leaf for flair!
Oreo cake bites
Makes 30
Ingredients
2 packs (128g each)Oreos, crushed
150g iced store-bought cake, crumbled
170g cream cheese
150g white chocolate, melted
150g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Place the Oreos iced cake and cream cheese in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into truffle-sized balls.
- Dip half of the Oreo bites in white chocolate and the other half in dark chocolate. Set aside on a sheet of baking paper and allow to set.
- To decorate, drizzle the Oreo bites with remaining melted white and dark chocolate to your liking.
