Everyone loves popcorn. It’s tasty, has a satisfying crunch, and can be incredibly healthy if you make it yourself. We decided to do something different and created a spicy popcorn for you to enjoy instead of the unhealthy butter flavoured variety.
SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 10 mins
INGREDIENTS
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp paprika
15g butter, melted
⅓ cup popcorn kernels, popped as per packet instructions
METHOD
1. Combine the salt, sugar and spices.
2. Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat. Then sprinkle with the spice mixture and toss again. Serve warm.
