Good coffee, beer and whiskey. We are pretty sure we don’t have to say much more, but this amazing deconstructed stout float is just what you need when you feel like a rich sip on a summer’s evening.
MAKES 1 // COOKING TIME 5 min
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup strong coffee, cooled
¼ cup stout
3 tbsp whisky
1 tbsp coffee syrup
1 cup ice
1 tbsp cream
Pinch cinnamon
METHOD
1. Mix the coffee, stout, whisky and syrup in a tall glass.
2. Top up the glass with ice.
3. Slowly pour in the cream, then sprinkle the top with cinnamon to serve.
