This step-by-step video proves you don’t need a chef’s hat to make something drool-worthy. Bonus? You probably already have all the ingredients in your kitchen. </strong></p><h2 style="text-align: center;"><strong>Spinach noodle pasta</strong></h2><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Serves</strong> 4</p><p style="text-align: center;"><em>Jamie Oliver made us do it. With these spinach-packed noodles, you can colour your plate while whipping up dinner in 30 minutes. </em></p><h3><strong>Ingredients</strong></h3><p>200g baby spinach<br />300g flour + extra for dusting<br />1 tsp salt <br />1-2 Tbsp olive oil + extra for garnish<br />1 tsp ground cumin<br />¼ cup butter<br />3 cloves garlic, grated<br />1 lemon, zested and juiced<br />Salt and milled pepper<br />Basil leaves, to garnish<br />1 ball fresh mozzarella, torn</p><h3><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <strong>Method</strong></span></h3><ol><li><span data-contrast="none">Blend the spinach, flour, salt, olive oil and cumin in a food processor until a smooth dough forms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li><li><span data-contrast="none">Dust the work surface with flour. Pinch off about R5 coin-sized dough and roll into a thick noodle using your fingertips. Repeat with remaining dough. Dust in flour and set aside.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li><li><span data-contrast="none">Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic over low heat for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li><li><span data-contrast="none">Bring a pot with salted water to a boil and cook noodles for about 3-4 minutes or until tender. Reserve about 2-3 Tbsp of the noodle water then drain.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li><li><span data-contrast="none">Add prepared noodles to the pan over medium heat, add noodle water, lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season and toss well to coat.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li><li><span data-contrast="none">Serve the noodles with torn basil and mozzarella.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li></ol><p><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>								</div>

<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>400 g</b> rice noodles<br />
<b>4</b> chicken breasts<br />
<b>3 tbsp</b> sunflower oil<br />
<b>1</b> onion, cut into thin wedges<br />
<b>2 tbsp</b> massaman curry paste<br />
<b>1 cup</b> coconut milk<br />
<b>1 cup</b> water<br />
<b>5 cm </b>ginger, thinly sliced<br />
<b>¼ cup</b> peanuts, toasted<br />
<strong>Handful</strong> coriander, to garnish</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Place the rice noodles in a large bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soften for 10 minutes.<br />
<b>2. </b>Fry the chicken in the oil until brown. Add the onion and fry for a few more minutes. Add the curry paste and fry for another minute.<br />
<b>3. </b>Gradually drizzle in the coconut milk and water, mixing continuously with a wooden spoon, until smooth.<br />
<b>4. </b>Add the ginger and simmer for 30 minutes.<br />
<b>5.</b> Arrange the noodles in bowls and spoon over the massaman broth. Top with the peanuts and coriander.</p>

</b><b>1.</b> Cook the wholewheat spaghetti as per the packet instructions, then drain.<br />
<b>2. </b>Toss the spinach through the hot pasta to wilt. Use a fork to twirl pasta-spinach bundles on to plates.<br />
<b>3.</b> Cut the salmon into pieces and arrange it on top of the pasta.<br />
<b>4.</b> For the dressing, whisk together vinegar, oil, seeds, rosemary and seasoning.<br />
<b>5.</b> Drizzle the pasta with the dressing, and serve.</p>
