<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>1 </b>pineapple (±260 g), peeled and chopped<br />
<b>1</b> lemon, peeled<br />
<b>½ </b>cucumber<br />
<b>¼ cup</b> mint<br />
<b>2 cups</b> coconut water</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1. </b>Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain through a thin cloth and squeeze out all the liquid.<br />
<b>2.</b> Serve with ice.</p>
<p class="p1"><b>2. Beetroot juice</b></p>
<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>1</b> large grapefruit, peeled and chopped<br />
<b>3 </b>small beetroots, peeled and quartered<br />
<b>2 cups </b>coconut water<br />
<b>½ tsp</b> salt</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1. </b>Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain through a thin cloth and squeeze out all the liquid.<br />
<b>2.</b> Serve with ice.</p>
<p class="p1"><b>3. Hot apple juice</b></p>
<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>3 </b>Golden Delicious apples, quartered<br />
<b>1 tbsp </b>honey<br />
<b>4 cm</b> ginger, peeled<br />
<b>1</b> lemon, peeled and chopped<br />
<b>1</b> cinnamon stick</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Blitz all ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, in a blender until smooth. Strain through a thin cloth and squeeze out all the liquid.<br />
<b>2.</b> Pour the juice into a pot. Add the cinnamon and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.<br />
<b>3.</b> Serve hot.</p>
<p class="p1"><b>4. Super orange juice</b></p>
<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>1 </b>orange sweet potato, peeled and roughly chopped<br />
<b>1 </b>orange, peeled and chopped<br />
<b>5 </b>carrots, peeled and chopped<br />
<b>1</b> lemon, peeled and chopped<br />
<b>¼</b> rockmelon, peeled and seeded<br />
<b>4 cm</b> ginger, peeled<br />
<b>2 cups</b> water</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1. </b>Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Strain through a thin cloth and squeeze out all the liquid.<br />
<b>2.</b> Serve with ice.</p>
