<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 packet (200g) pitted black olives, drained </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"><br />

<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 jar (50g) anchovies, drained (optional) </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"><br />

<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 head cos lettuce, shredded </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"><br />

<ol>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Combine all the dressing ingredients. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Halve the ciabatta loaves lengthways. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Brush some dressing on the inside of each loaf half. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Evenly divide toppings between bread. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Scatter over herbs and season well. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.</span></li>
