<p class="p3"><span class="s2"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b></span>Ice<br />
<b>1 shot</b> gin<br />
<b>1</b> lemon, ½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges<br />
<b>2 tsp</b> caster sugar<br />
<b>2 shots</b> soda water<br />
Cherries, to serve</p>

</b></span><b>1.</b> Place ice in a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar.<br />
<b>2.</b> Top with soda water and shake.<br />
<b>3.</b> Pour into a highball glass. Garnish the drink with a lemon wedge and a cherry.</p>
