Move over French toast, there’s a new (and delicious) breakfast in town! Milk toast took #FoodTok by storm, and we can see (and taste, and smell) why. Start by melting butter in a pan on medium heat. Then, add your slices of bread and pour over milk. Toast both sides of the bread – the milk will evaporate, leaving you with golden milk toast to which you can add fruit and a drizzle of honey, maple syrup or condensed milk. Yum!

Homemade mozzarella cheese 

Who knew you can make fresh mozzarella at home with only two ingredients? And it all comes together in about an hour. We’ll take you through it: In a big pot, warm up 2 litres of milk and add 7 tablespoons of white vinegar (or any other citric acid), then wait until it separates into cheese curd and liquid whey. Collect the curd, strain it and stretch it until you get smooth balls of mozzarella! The perfect pizza and lasagna topping.
