<p class="p1"><span class="s3"><b>MAKES</b> 350 ml <b>// COOKING TIME</b> 25 min</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s4"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b></span><span class="s4"><b>250 g</b> sunflower seeds<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>1 tbsp</b> honey<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>1 tsp</b> cinnamon<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>½ tsp</b> ground ginger<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>1 tbsp</b> turmeric<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>½ tsp</b> salt<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>¼ cup</b> coconut oil</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s4"><b>METHOD<br />
</b></span><b>1.</b> Preheat oven to 160°C.<br />
<b>2.</b> Place the sunflower seeds on an oven tray and roast for <span class="s5">10 minutes, or until lightly </span>toasted. Remove and allow to cool slightly.<br />
<span class="s2"><b>3.</b> Place all the ingredients, except the coconut oil, in a </span><span class="s5">food processor and blend </span><span class="s2">until the mixture starts to </span>clump together.<br />
<b>4.</b> Add the oil and blend until it <span class="s1">reaches a smooth and creamy </span>consistency. This should take about 10 minutes. Taste and <span class="s2">adjust seasoning if needed.<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>5.</b> Place in an airtight jar </span>and store in the fridge.</p>
