<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13321"><b>8</b> dates, pitted and chopped</div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13322"><b>2</b> red onions, peeled and chopped</div>
<div><b>2 cloves</b> garlic, peeled and crushed</div>
<div><b>1 tbsp</b> olive oil</div>
<div><b>1 tbsp</b> Worcestershire sauce</div>

<p><b>METHOD</b></div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13343"><b>1.</b> Preheat oven to 160°C.</div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13341"><b>2.</b> <span id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13342">Mix the mince, couscous, dates, onions, garlic, oil, Worcestershire </span>sauce, coriander and paprika. Season.</div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13340"><b>3.</b> Slice the top off each pepper and remove the ribs and seeds.</div>
<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1498654064924_13339"><b>4.</b> Pour the chopped tomatoes into an ovenproof dish. Season. Stuff the peppers with the mince mixture and arrange on top. Bake for 35 minutes.</div>

<strong>200g</strong> blue cheese, crumbled<br />
<strong>50g</strong> ground almonds<br />
Salt and pepper<br />
<strong>12</strong> Peppadews<br />
<strong>2 tbsp</strong> olive oil</p>
<p><strong>Method</strong><br />
<strong>1.</strong> Preheat oven to 180°C.<br />
<strong>2.</strong> In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Bloukrans cheese and almonds, and season. Spoon the mixture into the Peppadews.<br />
<strong>3.</strong> Place the stuffed Peppadews on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season and roast for 10 minutes. Serve warm.</p>
