<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>¼ cup</b> honey<br />
<b>2 tbsp</b> vanilla essence<br />
<b>4 tbsp</b> olive oil<br />
<b>2 cups</b> oats<br />
<b>½ cup</b> desiccated coconut<br />
<b>½ cup</b> flaked almonds<br />
<b>4</b> pears, chopped</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Heat the honey, vanilla essence and olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat.<br />
<b>2.</b> Add the oats, desiccated coconut and almonds. Fry for 2 minutes, until golden and fragrant.<br />
<b>3.</b> Remove from the pan and allow to cool.<br />
<b>4.</b> Serve the granola topped with chopped pears and fresh milk.</p>
