</b><b>990 ml</b><span class="s1"> lager<br />
</span><b>510 ml</b> <span class="s1">ginger beer<br />
</span><b>2</b><span class="s1"> lemons, sliced<br />
</span><b>6</b><span class="s1"> mint sprigs, to garnish</span></p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><span class="s1"><b>1.</b> In a large pitcher, combine the lager </span>and ginger beer. Stir in most of the<span class="s1"> lemon slices (keep six aside to garnish).<br />
</span><b>2.</b> Place a few ice cubes in six glasses<span class="s1"> and pour in the mixture.<br />
</span><b>3. </b><span class="s1">Garnish with lemon and mint.</span></p>

<b>¼</b> cucumber, finely sliced<br />
<b>Handful</b> mint<br />
<b>2 cups</b> lemonade<br />
Bitters</p>

</b></span><b>1.</b> Fill a tall glass halfway with loads of ice.<br />
<b>2.</b> Add the beer, then the cucumber and mint.<br />
<b>3.</b> Stir, using the spoon to lightly bruise the mint, releasing its flavours.<br />
<b>4.</b> Top up with lemonade and 4–6 drops bitters per glass.</p>
