Sweet berries, spicy rum, floral syrup and a bit of fizz: What more could you wish for from a refreshing summer cocktail?

SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 5 min + chilling time

Ingredients
2 cups mixed berry juice
2 cups soda water
½ cup rum
¼ cup elderflower syrup
50g blueberries
50g raspberries

Method
1. Mix together all the ingredients.
2. Serve chilled.
