<p><span data-contrast="auto">4 sheets phyllo</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"> Butter Paprika </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Salt anti milled pepper </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<h3>Method</h3>
<ol>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Preheat oven to 200°C. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Dust a work surface and place one sheet of phyllo in front of you.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Brush phyllo surface with butter, then lightly sprinkle over paprika, salt and pepper.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Place the second layer of phyllo on top of the first. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Repeat with remaining two sheets of phyllo, brushing with butler and seasoning before adding the next sheet. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Finish with a final layer of butter on the top, followed by a final seasoning. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Slice phyllo sheet into rectangles of 10&#215;4.5cm. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Arrange crackers on a baking tray. cover with a piece of baking paper followed by a second baking tray to weigh it down. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Bake for 10 minutes, remove the top tray and paper, then bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crisp. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Remove and cool. </span></li>
</ol>

<p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>Makes</strong> 23  </em></p>
<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 cup (150g) flour </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 tsp garlic powder </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 Tbsp dried Italian herbs </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 tsp fine salt </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">½  cup grated Cheddar</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1/3  cup cold butter, grated</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"> 7 Tbsp ice water </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 tsp paprika </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">For the seed mix </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">2 Tbsp black sesame seeds</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto"> 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 tsp Italian herbs </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<h3>Method</h3>
<ol>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Sift together the flour, seasoning and salt. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Toss through the cheese. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Add the butter and work together using your fingers to create a breadcrumb texture. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Add the water and mix to combine, adding more water if the mixture is too dry.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Press dough and roll into a long, thick coil about 18cm long and 4cm wide.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Refrigerate for 20 minutes. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Preheat oven to 180°C. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Combine seeds and scatter onto a tray in a wide line.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Roll coil over seed mix, pressing to secure the seeds to the mixture. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Slice coil into thin biscuits. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Bake biscuits a batch at a time for 10-14 minutes, until the cheese is golden and biscuits have flattened out slightly. Cool. </span></li>

<h3>Ingredients</h3>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">4 pitas </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">¼  cup butter, melted</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">10g parsley, finely chopped </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">2 cloves garlic, minced </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">1 Tbsp za&#8217;atar spice </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<h3>Method</h3>
<ol>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Preheat oven to 180°C. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Stir together butter,parsleyand garlic. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Brush butter mixture onto each pita, then sprinkle lightly with za&#8217;atar.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Slice each pita into 8 triangles. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Bake for 10-15 minutes. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Sprinkle over salt, then cool.</span></li>
