<li><span data-contrast="auto">Toss tomatoes, olive oil and garlic together. Season and roast for 15 minutes. Set aside until cooled.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Place the barley at the bottom of a jar, followed by the tomatoes, pilchards and baby spinach. Top with bean sprouts and drizzle with the dressing.</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Fold the edges of the tortillas over the taco shells to enclose.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Preheat the grill. Brush the wraps with olive oil and grill until the cheese has melted and is golden brown on top.</span></li>
