</b></span><span class="s3"><b>12</b> strawberries, frozen<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>60 ml </b>tequila<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>1</b> orange, juiced<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>1</b> lime juiced, plus extra, sliced, to serve<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>2 tbsp</b> agave syrup or stevia<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>1</b></span><span class="s1"><b>½ </b></span><span class="s3"><b>cups</b> ice<br />
</span><span class="s3">Sea salt, to serve</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s3"><b>METHOD<br />
</b></span><b>1.</b> Tip out a good amount of sea salt on to a small plate. Dip just the rim of 2 margarita glasses in water, and then into the salt.<br />
<b>2.</b><span class="s1"> In a blender, blend the frozen</span> strawberries, tequila, orange <span class="s4">juice, lime juice, sweetener </span><span class="s1">and ice together until the ice </span><span class="s4">is crushed and the texture </span>is smooth.<br />
<b>3.</b> Pour into the salt-rimmed <span class="s4">glasses, garnish with lime </span>slices and serve.</p>

</span><span class="s1"><b>½</b></span><span class="s3"><b> tsp</b> cinnamon<br />
</span><span class="s3"><b>Pinch</b> salt<br />
</span><span class="s3">Oil and butter, to fry<br />
</span><span class="s3">100% organic maple syrup, to serve</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s3"><b>METHOD<br />
</b></span><b>1.</b> In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then add the eggs, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine.<br />
<b>2.</b> Heat a bit of oil in a pan and add a tablespoon of batter. Fry for 1–2 minutes until one side <span class="s1">is golden brown, then flip on to</span> <span class="s4">the other side. Add a knob of</span> butter and fry for 30 seconds <span class="s4">to a minute. Repeat until the</span> batter is finished.<br />
<span class="s1"><b>3.</b> </span><span class="s3">Stack the flapjacks on a plate</span> and serve with banana slices and a drizzle of maple syrup.</p>
