<p class="p1"><b>SERVES </b>2 <b>// COOKING TIME </b>30 min</p>
<p class="p1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>1 </b>red onion, cut into wedges<br />
<b>1½ tbsp</b> olive oil<br />
<b>300 g</b> steak, cut into strips<br />
Salt and black pepper<br />
<b>1</b> apple, cored and cubed<br />
<b>1 cup</b> brown lentils, cooked</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1. </b>Preheat oven to 200°C.<br />
<b>2.</b> Drizzle the onion with 1 tbsp olive oil and roast for 15–20 minutes, until soft and slightly caramelised.<br />
<b>3. </b>Heat the remaining oil over high heat, season the steak and fry to your liking.<br />
<b>4.</b> Toss all the salad ingredients together and season to taste.</p>
