<p><strong>SERVES</strong> 4 // <strong>COOKING TIME</strong> 25 min</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong><br />
<strong>200g</strong> streaky bacon<br />
<strong>250g</strong> ricotta<br />
Salt and cracked black pepper</p>
<p><strong>Method</strong><br />
<strong>1.</strong> Preheat oven to grill and line a baking tray with baking paper.<br />
<strong>2.</strong> Grill the bacon on a rack on a baking tray for 10 minutes on each side, until very crispy.<br />
<strong>3.</strong> Mix together the ricotta, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the lined baking tray. Grill for 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.<br />
<strong>4.</strong> Break the bacon crisps in half, crumble the grilled ricotta and serve together.</p>
