Harry tried them on his first trip when he ordered some of everything off the trolley and had a shared binge with Ron Weasley that we are beyond jealous of.</p>

<p class="p1"><b>SERVES</b> 4 <b>// COOKING TIME</b> 50 mins</p>
<p class="p3"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>1½ tbsp</b> butter, melted, plus extra to grease<br />
<b>400g</b> peeled and seeded pumpkin, chopped into 1 cm pieces<br />
<b>1 tbsp</b> cinnamon<br />
<b>1 tbsp</b> sugar<br />
<b>1 tsp</b> salt<br />
<b>¼ tsp</b> smoked paprika<br />
<b>½ tsp</b> allspice<br />
<b>400g</b> puff pastry<br />
<b>1</b> egg, beaten</p>
<p class="p3"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray.<br />
<b>2.</b> Mix the pumpkin, cinnamon, sugar, salt, paprika and allspice.<br />
<b>3.</b> Roll out the puff pastry and cut out <span class="s1">4 × 18 cm circles. Brush the circles with</span> the melted butter.<br />
<span class="s1"><b>4.</b> Place enough pumpkin mixture </span>on each pastry circle to cover half of <span class="s1">it, leaving space to crimp the edges. </span>Fold over the pastry and press firmly <span class="s1">along the edges with the back of a fork,</span> to seal.<br />
<b>5.</b> Place the pasties on the baking tray <span class="s1">and brush with the beaten egg. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and </span>serve warm.</p>
