Fairview is renowned for their star-quality wines so this, accompanied with underfloor heating and the cosy Goatshed restaurant interior, ensures a spectacular night ahead. Chef SJ Nel puts a spin on classic dishes using pork and duck ‘shank’, and incorporating smoked Shiraz vines with his tasty spiced pumpkin soup.

First Starter – Duck ‘shank’ & bean cassoulet
