<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Pour half the dressing over rice mixture and toss through to combine. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Divide rice mixture between 4 serving bowls. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Blanch broccoli and sugar snap peas in hot water for 1 minute and refresh in ice water. Drain. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Top each bowl with blanched vegetables, mackerel, spinach and boiled eggs. </span></li>
