<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b></span><span class="s2"><b>2 tbsp</b> soy sauce<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>2 tbsp</b> sweet chilli sauce<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>1 tbsp</b> lemon</span> <span class="s2">juice<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>2 cups</b> cooked white rice<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>2 cups</b> meat<br />
</span><span class="s2"><b>2</b> spring </span>onions, chopped<br />
<b>1 clove</b> garlic, chopped<br />
<b>2</b> eggs</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Mix together the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice.<br />
<b>2.</b> Heat some oil up in a wok, add the rice and cook for 3-4 minutes.<br />
<b>3.</b> Add the meat, spring onions and garlic, and fry for 3 minutes. Add the sauce and mix.<br />
<b>4.</b> Push the rice to one side and add the eggs. Cook for 10 seconds and then swirl to mix in with the rice. Cook for 1 minute.</p>
