<p class="p5"><b>INGREDIENTS<br />
</b><b>250 g</b> unsalted butter<br />
<b>1 cup</b> brown sugar<br />
<b>2</b> eggs<br />
<b>1 tbsp</b> vanilla essence<br />
<b>2½ cups</b> flour<br />
<b>1 tsp</b> bicarbonate of soda<br />
<b>½ tsp</b> salt<br />
<b>1 cup</b> chocolate chips<br />
<b>176 g</b> pack Oreos<br />
<b>½ box</b> brownie mix, prepared as per packet instructions</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1. </b>Preheat oven to 180°C and line a deep 30 × 20 cm baking tin with baking paper.<br />
<b>2. </b>Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, followed by the vanilla, and mix lightly. Add the flour, bicarb and salt, and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.<br />
<b>3. </b>Press dough into the baking tin. Bake for 25 minutes.<br />
<b>4. </b>Arrange the Oreos on top of the baked base in a single layer. Spread the brownie batter on top.<br />
<b>5.</b> Bake for 20 minutes, until the top looks slightly underbaked, but the edges are golden brown.<br />
<b>6. </b>Allow the brownie to cool for a while, then turn out of the tin and cut into 12 bars.</p>

<strong>1 tsp</strong> cinnamon<br />
<strong>2 tsp</strong> baking powder</p>
<p><strong>METHOD</strong><br />
<strong>1.</strong> Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin.<br />
<strong>2.</strong> Add the almond butter, apple sauce, coconut oil and Freesweet to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.<br />
<strong>3.</strong> Add the coconut flour, chocolate, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well.<br />
<strong>4.</strong> Top with extra chocolate and banana if desired and bake for 15 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.</p>

<b>100g</b> caster sugar<br />
<b>100g</b> butter, at room temperature<br />
<b>225g</b> flour<br />
<b>1</b> egg<br />
<b>1 tsp</b> vanilla essence<br />
<b>140g</b> milk chocolate, melted<br />
<b>85g</b> white chocolate, chopped into chunks<br />
<b>85g</b> dark chocolate chips</p>
<p class="p1"><b>METHOD<br />
</b><b>1.</b> Preheat oven to 180°C and line <span class="s1">2 baking trays with baking paper.<br />
</span><b>2.</b> In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, caster sugar and butter with a wooden spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.<br />
<b>3.</b> Gently press large handfuls of the cookie dough on to the baking trays, flattening to about 1½ cm thick.<br />
<b>4.</b> Bake for 8–9 minutes, until golden <span class="s1">and firm to the touch. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm.</span></p>
