<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Heat butter and oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Add garlic, herbs and ¾ of the cauliflower and fry for 1 minute. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Pour in milk and cream, then simmer gently for about 10-15 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Mash cauliflower to create a sauce and stir through the cheese. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Toss pasta through sauce and transfer into a greased ovenproof dish. </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Stir through curry powder, coriander, zest and lemon juice. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Mash potatoes until smooth. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Add curried cabbage mixture to the potatoes. Season well and fold through to combine.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Shape mixture into medium-sized patties and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up. 7. Heat another glug of oil in a large </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Simmer mixture over a low heat for 15 minutes or until liquid has reduced by half. </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Toss macaroni through sauce and spoon into a medium-sized baking dish. </span></li>
