<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>MAKES</strong> 4–6 <strong>// COOKING TIME</strong> 30 min</span></p>
<p class="p1"><b>IN</b><span class="s2"><b>GREDIENTS<br />
</b></span><span class="s1"><b>1</b> ripe banana<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1 cup</b> oats<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>¼ cup</b> milk<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1 tbsp</b> baking powder<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1 tbsp</b> apple cider vinegar<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1 tbsp</b> honey, plus extra to drizzle<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1</b> egg<br />
</span><span class="s1"><b>1 tsp</b> vanilla essence<br />
<b>½ tsp</b> cinnamon </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s2"><b>METHOD<br />
</b></span><b>1.</b> Place all ingredients in the blender and blitz until smooth. <span class="s3">Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes </span>to thicken.<br />
<span class="s4"><b>2.</b></span> Preheat a pan over medium heat.<br />
<b>3.</b> Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan for each flapjack. Cook for 1–2 minutes, or until the <span class="s3">surface starts to bubble. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes. Repeat until all the </span>batter is used up.<br />
<span class="s4"><b>4.</b></span> Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Serve warm.</p>
